SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery time for items purchased on the website may vary according to the delivery location, and is calculated after analysis and confirmation of payment by the credit card administrator or internal confirmation from our finance company regarding other forms of payment.

In order to preserve the privacy and security of our customers, the product arrives at the address provided for delivery in discreet packaging.

 

Let us know immediately if there are signs of damage or if the product does not comply with the order.

The shipping cost varies and is informed in the shopping cart and at checkout.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange or cancellation period is up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

All occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated in advance via email:atendimentopaticapaz@gmail.com

In the same condition and packaging in which they were sent, including the original invoice or copy and the warranty for the piece. The product returned outside these specifications will be sent back to the customer by the company. Resending costs will be borne by the customer.

 

We will only exchange or cancel the purchase when the part is received in the physical space of the capable pati. Exchanges will only be made for another product that is in stock.

  • Important notes: exchange or return for reason

    • Purchase regret - you have up to 7 calendar days, after receiving the product, to request an exchange or return if your product is unused.

    • Delivery error - if you have received your product with any discrepancy, report it immediately.

    • Defective product unused - if you have received your product with an alleged fault or defect, report it immediately. You have up to 30 calendar days, after receiving the product, to request an exchange or return if your product is unused.

    • Product defective after use - pati capable jewelry has a 90-day warranty. If after using the product, you identify any type of fault or defect, you must contact us by email.

  • Exchange for the same product. "Same product" means exchange for different number/size; or another product.

  • We will not accept returns and will return the product to the sender without prior communication.

  • For products purchased on promotion, if exchange and/or return is necessary, the value considered will be that paid for the product and not its original value.

  • The deadline for refunding money if you cancel your purchase is 7 working days (purchases made via account deposit or bank slip), from the date of receipt of the product. Purchases made via credit card follow the card operator's refund period. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
